I credit Scaler Academy for where I am at today: Review by Software Engineer at Google

Scaler Academy Learner, Anshul Jain shares her learning experience with us: "During my BTech and MTech years at Delhi’s Bhagwan Parshuram Institute of Technology (BPIT) and Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology (NSIT) respectively, I particularly enjoyed working on problems and learning more about Data Structures and Algorithms. In fact, I have been extremely interested in DS and Algo since high school. However, as much as I enjoyed my classes in college, I always felt the syllabus was too theoretical and that the teaching could have been more industry-specific. Later, while working at CaaStle in my first job as a front-end developer, I saw an ad for Scaler on Facebook and I immediately registered for the program. I used to attend DS and Algo coaching classes in college as well, hence, I knew that additional training would really hone my skills. In addition to DS and Algo training, I wanted to learn more about System Design as well at Scaler Academy. Check out the complete Review

Scaler Academy Review: Revamping The Online Learning Platform

Image
"When it comes to coding education in colleges beyond the best of tier-I institutions, things have been known to be dismal. This was the problem statement that Scaler by InterviewBit took up when it was launched a couple of years ago. Already a fairly popular interview preparation platform for coders by then, the founders Anshuman Singh and Abhimanyu Saxena touched upon the idea of taking it a step further when they realized the massive gap that existed between industry requirements and college education." Now becoming a household name in the Edtech industry with a solid base of success stories behind it, read the complete review of Scaler Academy by tech story and learn how it has thrived among top online coding platforms. Here's what our Scaler Prateek Shukla, student of the first batch at Scaler Academy, has to share about his learning and experience, "One incident that really changed my preparation game was when I travelled all the way to Bangalore for Unacademy tech round, but completely ruined it and got rejected in the 6th round. I realised my mentor  yashasvi girdhar  sir repeatedly guiding me that “It will hurt very bad if you miss an opportunity because of ignoring theory concepts”, but I never paid enough attention. I was very disappointed. But I learned an important lesson that day-Always trust the guidance of your mentor. He will sail you through. Read his complete story: Link If there are 2 people whom I cannot thank enough for endless support and guidance, then it would be my Student Success manager  Vinod Kumar Chandrabhan  sir and my mentor Yashasvi sir. I recently joined Nova, a  Directi  company and I cannot thank the entire team enough for being there. I am getting so much

Why Should You Choose Scaler Academy?: Review by Scaler Harsh Yadav

Image
Despite no engineering degree from a tier-I college, Scaler Harsh Yadav today has a job on the product side at Delhivery. When asked to review our program & his experience with Scaler Academy, here's what he has to share, “The single most attractive thing about the course was that it promised to make us ‘industry-ready’ which is perhaps the biggest limitation in most colleges today. We had never approached problems that way before, we just had no clue about certain things. We learned how to solve many different kinds of questions, without wondering how tough this or that would be, for example, trees had always seemed tough but now, it seems like just another topic and I have Scaler Academy to thank for that. Read his complete story:  Link My mentor,  Pulkit Aggarwal , however, stuck with me and approached me from his own end after that. We sat down, and he constantly motivated me to help with how I approached interviews. If I have to thank anybody, he would be right on to

Scaler Academy Changed My Life In The Best Possible Way: Review by Suraj Kumar Awasthi

Image
Presenting the journey of our Scaler Suraj Kumar Awasthi in his exact words: "From spending 3 years in a service-based company to now cracking all 4 product-based company interviews, my journey with Scaler Academy has been anything but Ordinary. I barely managed to get admission in an engineering college, joining as part of its second batch in 2011. With no infrastructure, no proper labs, and on top no campus placements. I started facing self-esteem issues. But all I aspired to know was some thing related to computers. There is no other way to put it. I realized that my education is still not complete, and I decided to appear for GATE , even after preparing for 1 year, couldn’t make into a big one and somehow got a private college in Pune, but all it could do for me was land me a job in a service-based company. Initially, I got into a non-development profile. I worked on myself recklessly and luckily, I got my first development project. But I knew I wasn’t in the right place. I w

Experience with Scaler Academy : Review for Freshers

Coming from a lower-middle-class family in Patna, Scaler Kumar Saurav has worked his way up through alot of hardships. His parents, father who owns a departmental store and mum - a homemaker worked hard to provide him the best education possible. His passion for computers started at an early age when he got introduced to HTML at school and from then on Computers instantly became his subject of interest. He used to save money on his commute by cycling daily 12-15 km to reach his IIT Jee coaching classes. Although he wanted to pursue an engineering degree at a college in Dehradun, he decided to opt for Burdhwan University which had comparatively lower fee structure. Talking about his college life, he states that there wasn't any coding culture nor any alumni with great past records. When he got introduced to Scaler Academy through some friends he was quite unsure about it but decided to pursue it. Here is what he had to share with us: "For someone like me, Scaler Aca
